Ultimately, your decision to choose a builder for your
new home will be based on the integrity and approachability of the team
you are working with. Will they listen? Will I be kept informed?
Our executive service program is designed to keep our customers
informed and part of the building experience. Our executive service includes:
- weekly calls
- blueprint reviews
- pre-construction meetings
- monthly meetings (i.e. framing walk-through, home completion
walk-through and home orientation).
And as part of our standard quality control, our team will
assess your house to address any final touches that need to be made just
before you move in.
As a client of WestView Builders you will receive a minimum
of three service calls to ensure that your home is looking and acting
perfect in the first year. Our WestView warranty department will make
scheduled maintenance calls after six and twelve months of your
move in. A 5-year structural warranty through the National New Home Warranty
program is also included.
